Home Alone 36th Anniversary 2026 Advent Calendar

The Home Alone 36th Anniversary 2026 Advent Calendar is a paper outer box with a moulded plastic inner tray and 24 acrylic (mica) ornaments inside. Made for Home Alone fans, Christmas collectors, and families who want a visual countdown rather than another disposable treat.

December can feel crowded with gifts, errands, and decorations that appear all at once. This calendar gives the season a simple rhythm: open one window a day, reveal one ornament, and build a playful display as Christmas gets closer.

Why Home Alone Still Rules December

Home Alone first arrived in 1990 and became part of the holiday viewing tradition through its mix of family comedy, Christmas mischief, and instantly recognisable movie moments. The 36th-anniversary theme in 2026 turns that familiar story into a small daily ritual, with Kevin’s cleverness, the McCallister house atmosphere, and the Wet Bandits’ comic chaos represented across the countdown artwork.

Home Alone 36th Anniversary 2026 Advent Calendar Benefits

• A more memorable December ritual: 24 individually numbered windows create one small moment to look forward to each day.
• A display that grows with the season: Every acrylic ornament includes a perforated hanging tab for decorating as the countdown continues.
• A compact fan gift: The 13.5 x 18 x 3 cm box is easy to wrap, store, or place on a shelf before December begins.
• More character than a standard countdown: The set combines a familiar holiday film with collectible ornaments rather than one-use sweets.
• Choice in how you decorate: Each ornament has a matte side and a glossy side, so the finished display can catch light in different ways.

Design, Materials and Contents

• Box construction: The calendar uses a paper outer box with a moulded plastic inner tray that keeps the 24 ornaments arranged inside.
• Ornament material: The set contains 24 acrylic (mica) ornaments, each measuring 3.2 x 3.2 cm.
• Two-sided finish: The acrylic print is double-sided, with one side matte and the other glossy. Peel the protective film from the other side before use.
• Artwork: The cream-coloured front carries large black and gold “Home Alone” lettering, a red house icon, a red 36th Anniversary banner, and green 2026 text.
• Movie details: Kevin McCallister, the Wet Bandits’ van, Christmas trees, familiar props, colourful string lights, and numbered collectible decorations fill the front artwork.
• Opening format: Die-cut dotted lines mark each window, allowing one compartment to be opened day by day through December.
• Size: One size. The complete box weighs 135 g.

Use it indoors on a dry shelf, mantel, sideboard, desk, or children’s holiday display. It suits December 1–24 countdowns, movie-night gatherings, family decorating sessions, Secret Santa exchanges, and small seasonal gifts; it is not intended as an outdoor decoration or a wet-weather display. Care and Handling

• Peel the protective film off each acrylic ornament before hanging it.
• Wipe the ornaments with a soft, dry cloth to remove fingerprints or dust.
• Store the ornaments back in the inner tray after the season, away from moisture and heavy objects that could bend the paper box.

Can the calendar windows be opened one at a time?

Yes. The outer box includes die-cut dotted lines so each window can be opened day by day through December. Once a perforated window has been opened, it may not close as neatly as before, so plan to display the box during the countdown rather than reuse it as a sealed package.

How are the 24 ornaments hung?

Each acrylic ornament has a perforated hanging tab. The ornaments measure 3.2 x 3.2 cm, making them suitable for a small indoor tree, garland, mantel arrangement, or other lightweight seasonal display.

What does the double-sided print look like?

Each ornament has one matte side and one glossy side. Peel off the protective film from the other side before use, then handle the pieces by their edges where possible to keep the printed faces clean.

How are shipping and returns handled?

Shipping, delivery timing, and return eligibility follow the store’s current policy for this item. Keep the calendar and ornaments in their original condition and packaging until you are sure the product is right for your display.
